PROJECT REVIEWS

ANTONY KOUNTOURIS, CEO Villavo + BMarko Structures

“I worked with Bryan on a consulting basis. His many years of experience in the modular construction industry make him one of the few to be able to answer correctly any question thrown at him. Bryan was instrumental in our original plant layout, and his advice was spot on. From how to build 500sf modules in an 800sf warehouse to how to keep track of inventory, Bryan is the guy.”

AVA FLAMISH, BIM Manager, Bessolo Design Group Inc.

“I had the opportunity to work alongside Bryan at my previous firm. His knowledge in modular construction is unlike anyone whom I have worked with thus far, and I recommend him as a colleague and mentor due to his motivational mindset. No matter what the role, he will always put his best foot forward. Whatever task he has been assigned to it will be completed promptly and with accuracy. He would be a true asset to any company that would add him to their team.”

With a passion for excellence, we go above and beyond to bring your modular building dreams to life. From concept to completion, we're dedicated to ensuring your vision is realized with precision, care, and a client-centric approach that sets us apart.

To potential developers,

In 2016 and 2017 I had the opportunity to work with Bryan Lynch. At the time he was employed by Builders Choice as the Operations Manager running both the Alaska and South Dakota modular building production facilities.

The most current project manufactured for me was (4) 12 Unit, 2 Story apartment buildings (48 apartment units total) located in Rapid City SD. The project consisted of 104 modules (26 per building)with an approximate square footage of 60,000 square feet. The modules were manufactured in the Builders Choice production facility in Vermillion, SD. which is roughly 390 driving miles. All modules arrived safely and were free of transportation damage.

During the installation process, the contractor originally hired by the Builders Choice Project Manager was not progressing as scheduled. Bryan went directly to the construction site and stayed several weeks until all remaining modules were crane set and installed. The original on-site install contractor was eventually terminated, while Bryan built an install team with existing production shop employees from the Vermillion, SD. facility. Without Bryan taking charge of this project, it would not have gone so well.

I would recommend Bryan for any project. He has demonstrated exceptional experience in commercial and residential projects. He has proven to me that he can fix any issue with leadership, team building, and integrity.

I hope this letter will assist you in a decision for any project that involves Bryan, he is highly recommended by me.

I had the pleasure of working with Bryan at Deluxe Modular, and then iBUILT. Bryan was dedicated to the mission and direction the team charted for the modular market, with its cutting-edge approach to emerging trends, technologies, and process improvements and adoption. His “can-do” spirit was always appreciated at all levels of the company, helping the impossible seem possible and within reach with his creative and critical-thinking approach to innovation. No matter where Bryan’s career takes him, he will remain an asset and crucial team player in production outputs and the outputs for any company lucky enough to have him

I've worked with Bryan for over 12 years and I can attest that he is one of the most knowledgeable, if not the most knowledgeable, professionals in this industry. If you're looking for someone with Bryan's skill set look no further.

I had the great privilege to work for and then with Mr. Lynch at multiple companies starting with Builders Choice. Mr. Lynch is a truly rare breed of manager, he is both an amazing leader as well as an incredible teacher. His depth of knowledge in the field of modular construction is inconceivable. Mr. Lynch took me under his wing when I had zero knowledge or experience under my belt and within three years, under his tutelage, one of my designs for a man camp in the oil fields of Alaska won a bid, beating out one of the most accomplished architects in Alaska, then went on to win awards.

Mr. Lynch has an uncanny ability to see an assembly line in his head in such a way that he is able to visualize how to increase efficiency and eliminate waste before it ever starts operating. I would happily work for Bryan at every opportunity I get in the future. Regardless of how many times I design a project for him, he never fails to teach me something new and continually works to make me better at what I do.

I had the distinctive pleasure of working with Bryan during my career in Mod Home Manufacturing as Director of Supply Chain-his world-class manufacturing and production management experience and skillsets set him apart from the crowd. Bryan completely re-invented our production lines with a logical flow process dramatically increasing production from day one. Bryan understands every production position at a high level since he worked in plants early in his career, and was able to train many stakeholders to correctly build their assignments. But, Bryan is also a natural leader taught foreman and leads the principles of continuous improvement and many become leaders in our plant.

Bryan also can design and write production plans, drawings, and electrical, and complex construction blueprints. Bryan is an expert in all things manufacturing management and has the vision to plan growth over the very long term. I highly recommend Bryan for any manufacturing, production environment, and opportunity.
